LIZ LACHMAN is an EMMY AWARD winning musician and composer, a GOLDEN REEL AWARD winning music editor, and a BMI TV MUSIC AWARD winner.

As a filmmaker, Liz’s latest short film, the psychological drama PIN-UP, has won 28 festival awards thus far. This proof of concept for the feature film stars Christina Chang (The Good Doctor) and Angela Sarafyan (Westworld) and examines obsession and obsessive love.

Another short film, the romantic comedy GETTING TO KNOW YOU, featuring Dana Delaney, Ian Gomez, and Elizabeth Keener, won nine film festival awards and screened in over 80 festivals world-wide.

As a writer, Liz is currently in development with producer Allyn Stewart (SULLY),  on the film RHYTHM. She created the Kingworld TV series DESTINY, and wrote the feature film FINAL DAYS for Here!TV.

Her co-written screenplay DICKINSON was a quarter finalist in the Nicholl Fellowships Awards and her script BEING SILVER was a semi finalist in the Final Draft Big Break Screeenwriting Contest.

Liz directed Marie Osmond in 2 videos spoofing her Dancing With the Stars appearances that both appeared on Entertainment Tonight and has directed a number of on-line music videos and web series.

She is currently in post production on the feature documentary film which she shot and directed, “Susan Feniger: FORKED,” following her partner, celebrity chef Susan Feniger, around the globe hunting down authentic “off the beaten path” recipes from street stands and bringing it all back to Los Angeles to create a new restaurant called Street.  

Liz’s book of her collected blogs from her travels around the world with Feniger is titled: “NO ESCAPE: My horrible food travels with chef Susan Feniger…a love story.”  (It wasn’t pretty. But it is funny)
